Amoxycillin Powder 20%(Vet)
Composition:
Each 100 gm. contains
Amoxycillin Trihydrate IP
Equivalent to
Anhydrous Amoxycillin 20 gm.
Excipients Q.S.
Indications:
• Colibacillosis • Chronic respiratory disease
• Infectious coryza • Salmonellosis • Fowl cholera
• Wingrot • Necrotic enteritis
Dosage :
Pigs , Calves :
The General dose is 20-40 mg Amoxycillin per
kg. body wt. given in two time administration.
(2.5 to 5 gm of Amox-20 / 50 kg body wt. twice daily.)
95 – 187.5 gm of Amox-20 / 100 ltrs of drinking water.
(or) 187.5-375 gm of Amox-20 / 100 kg feed in
3-5 consecutive days.
Withdrawal Period:
Cattle, Sheeep and Goat: 20 days.
